New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Monday, May 6, 2019:

  • May 3, 11:10 a.m. – Isaiah Isaac Edinburgh, 18, Evansville, Ind., was arrested on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor possession of marijuana and a warrant issued out of Warrick County in a case involving misdemeanor auto theft. His bond in the Greene County case was set at $500 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $50 cash and was released later the same day. Indiana State Police Trooper John Yung was the arresting officer.

  • May 3, 12:39 p.m. – Bravon Joshchai Adams, 18, Evansville, Ind., was arrested on preliminary charges of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while never having received a license, operating a vehicle with a Schedule I or II controlled substance in body and possession of marijuana. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $500 cash and was released later the same day. Indiana State Police Trooper John Yung was the arresting officer.

  • May 3, 1:15 p.m. - Phyllis Jean Merriman, 53, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke in a case involving felony dealing in cocaine or a narcotic drug. She was being held without bond. Greene County Jail Officer Darren McDonald was the arresting officer.

  • May 4, 5:53 p.m. – Joseph Alan Grubb, 32, Fayetteville, Ind. Was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear at an initial hearing on preliminary charges of misdemeanor domestic battery, intimidation and interfering with the reporting of a crime, and on another warrant issued for failure to appear in a case involving misdemeanor battery, criminal mischief and resisting law enforcement. In each case, he was being held on a bond of $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed.

  • May 5, 12:54 a.m. – Ty A. Deckard, 36, Solsberry, Ind., was arrested on preliminary charges of misdemeanor operating a vehicle with a BAC greater than or equal to .15, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, resisting law enforcement and criminal mischief. His bond was set at $5,500 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $550 cash and was released later the same day. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy David Elmore was the arresting officer.

  • May 5, 4:47 a.m. – Allen Dwight Hobbs, 27, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on preliminary charges of felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated and misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated and public intoxication. His bond was set at $8,500 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Bloomfield Deputy Marshal Wayman JR Blazier was the arresting officer.

  • May 5, 8:55 p.m. – Bryan Thomas Hall, 44, Owensburg, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear at an initial hearing on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Bloomfield Deputy Marshal Wayman JR Blazier was the arresting officer.

  • May 6, 12:22 a.m. – Christopher Jerome Bailey, 47, Springville, Ind., was arrested on a preliminary charge of felony intimidation. His bond was set at $10,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $1,000 cash and was released later the same day. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy David Elmore was the arresting officer.
