New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday, April 16, 2019:

  • April 15, 9:15 a.m. – Joshua Lee Carmichael, 28, Worthington, Ind., was arrested on two warrants, both issued for failure to appear, one in a case involving misdemeanor residential entry and one in a case involving misdemeanor leaving the scene of an accident with personal injury. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed in each case. Worthington Town Marshal Randy Raney was the arresting officer.

  • April 15, 10:24 a.m. – Robert C. W. Getchell, 41, Bicknell, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on preliminary charges of felony dealing methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine. He was being held without bond. He was transported in from Knox County for an initial hearing and  transported back to Knox County the same day. Greene County Jail Officer Ken Conolty was the arresting officer.

  • April 15, 2:29 p.m. – Devin Bradley Tatlock, 20, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence in a case involving felony battery resulting in bodily injury and theft. He was being held without bond. Greene County Courthouse Security Officer Patrick Fulford was the arresting officer.

  • April 15, 3:16 p.m. – Justin Dale Leon Franklin, 22, Fishers, Ind., was booked into jail on an alleged work release violation in a case involving felony possession of cocaine or narcotic drug, possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of marijuana. He was being held without bond. Indiana State Police Trooper Richard Klun was the arresting officer.

  • April 15, 5:26 p.m. – Tamera Dawn Crosley, 24, Terre Haute, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear in a case involving felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $10,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Harvey Holt was the arresting officer.

  • April 16, 1:50 p.m. – Kevin Joseph Volz, 48, Indianapolis, Ind., was arrested on preliminary charges of misdemeanor domestic battery and resisting law enforcement. His bond was set at $2,000 surety with ten percent allowed. Linton Police Officer Nick Yingling was the arresting officer.
