New arrests on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department:

  • August 3 – Kevin Wayne Donaldson, 49, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear in court in a case involving felony invasion of privacy. His bond was set at $10,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He was released later the same day after posting $1,000 cash. Greene County Jail Commander Ken Conolty was the arresting officer.
  • August 3 – Russell Glenford Christy, 63, Hazard, Ky., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear at a change of plea and sentencing hearing in two cases, one involving felony possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon, possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of marijuana, and the other case involving felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. He was being held without bond. Greene County Jail Commander Ken Conolty was the arresting officer.
  • August 3 – Erica Jean Alvey, 53, Solsberry, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a preliminary charge of felony domestic battery. Her bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. She was released later the same day after posting $400 cash. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Heather Wood was the arresting officer.
  • August 3 – Matthew Owen Alvey, 50, Solsberry, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a preliminary charge of felony domestic battery. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He was released later the same day after posting $400 cash. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Heather Wood was the arresting officer.
  • August 3 – Christopher M. Wathen, 41, Linton, Ind., was arrested on preliminary charges of felony criminal confinement and misdemeanor domestic battery and resisting law enforcement. His bond was set at $6,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He was released on August 4 after posting $600 cash. Linton Police Officer Indiana Miller was the arresting officer.
  • August 3 – Eric Ryan Nagy, 24, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence in a case involving misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was being held without bond. Indiana State Police Trooper Richard Klun was the arresting officer.
  • August 4 – Jonathon Troy Merle Moran, 35, Spencer, Ind., was arrested on a preliminary charge of felony possession of methamphetamine. He was being held without bond. Bloomfield Deputy Marshal Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.
  • August 4 – John Robert Wood Jr, 31, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a preliminary charge of felony domestic battery. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent allowed. He was released on August 5 after posting $400 cash. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Heather Wood was the arresting officer.
  • August 5 – Andrew Wayne Scott, 30, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a preliminary charge of felony domestic battery. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent allowed. He was released later the same day after posting $400 cash. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Alan Jackson was the arresting officer.
  • August 5 – Elijiah David Scott Gwyn, 21, Worthington, Ind., was arrested on preliminary charges of felony attempted murder, burglary, criminal recklessness, pointing a firearm at another person, residential entry, aggravated battery and misdemeanor possession of a handgun without a license. He was being held without bond. Indiana State Police Detective Stacy Brown was the arresting officer.
  • August 5 – Albert Armond Shipley, 25, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a preliminary charge of felony domestic battery. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent allowed. Jasonville Police Assistant Chief Ryan Van Horn was the arresting officer.
  • August 5 – Ashlea Irene Ovivion, 22, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a preliminary charge of felony domestic battery. Her bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent allowed. Jasonville Police Assistant Chief Ryan Van Horn was the arresting officer.
  • August 5 – Justine Elizabeth Gardner, 28, Worthington, Ind., was arrested on two warrants, one issued for failure to appear at an initial hearing on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor criminal trespassing, the other issued on a petition to revoke bond in a case involving felony robbery, misdemeanor battery and criminal trespassing. In the second case listed she was being held without bond. In the first case listed, her bond was set at $10,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Harvey Holt was the arresting officer.
  • August 6 – Michael Robert Gallagher II, 40, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear in a case involving misdemeanor driving while suspended. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent allowed. Greene County Courthouse Security Chief Patrick Fulford was the arresting officer.
