New arrests on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department:
- June 7 – Kevin Wayne Donaldson, 49, homeless, was arrested on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor invasion of privacy. He was being held without bond. Bloomfield Deputy Marshal Lt. Marvin Holt was the arresting officer.
- June 7 – Michael Ray Swaby, 61, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Det. Shawn Cullison was the arresting officer.
- June 8 – Terasitta Eleanor Joy Thompson, 37, Switz City, Ind., was arrested on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor public intoxication. Worthington Deputy Marshal James Harrington was the arresting officer.
- June 8 – Jordan Leigh Hall, 23, Bedford, Ind., was arrested on preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. She was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Heather Wood was the arresting officer.
Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
