New arrests on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department:

  • June 19 – Perrion Rayshaun Grady, 20, Evansville, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on preliminary charges of misdemeanor possession of marijuana, minor possession of alcohol and operating a vehicle without ever having received a license. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent allowed. He was released on June 20 after posting $100 cash. Greene County Jail Officer Darren McDonald was the arresting officer.
  • June 19 – Erin Ruth Clark, 42, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor abandonment of animals. Her bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Terry Wade was the arresting officer.
  • June 19 – Jessica Marie Eisenbrandt, 25, Clay City, Ind., was arrested on a Writ of Attachment. Her bond was set at $1,000 cash only. She was released later the same day after posting $1,000 cash. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Terry Wade was the arresting officer.
  • June 20 – Jeremiah Daniel Roby, 22, Linton, Ind., was arrested on preliminary charges of misdemeanor refusal to aid an officer, criminal recklessness, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. His bond was set at $2,000 surety with ten percent allowed. Linton Reserve Officer John Agan was the arresting officer.
  • June 20 – Theodore James Miller, 35, Linton, Ind., was arrested on preliminary charges of felony intimidation and misdemeanor criminal trespassing, disorderly conduct and resisting law enforcement. His bond was set at $6,500 surety with ten percent allowed. Linton Police Officer Nick Yingling was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
