New arrests on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department:

  • April 4 – Shannon Elaine Forker, 30, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on preliminary charges of felony battery resulting in serious injury and misdemeanor battery resulting in bodily injury. Her bond was set at $11,000 surety with ten percent allowed. Greene County Jail Commander Ken Conolty was the arresting officer.
  • April 4 – Kevin Donovan Fleener, 44, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence in a case involving operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was being held without bond. Greene County Jail Officer Darren McDonald was the arresting officer.
  • April 4 – Amanda N. Neal, 35, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence in a case involving misdemeanor theft. She was being held without bond. Greene County Jail Officer Darren McDonald was the arresting officer.
  • April 4 – Dalton Wade Purvis, 25, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a preliminary charge of felony domestic battery. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent allowed. He was released later the same day after posting bond. Jasonville Assistant Police Chief Ryan Van Horn was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
