New arrests on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department:
- March 28 – Jordan Lee-Glenn Hancock, 20, Linton, Ind., was arrested on preliminary charges of misdemeanor theft and misdemeanor theft – receiving stolen property. His bond was set at $2,000 surety with ten percent allowed. Linton Police Officer Debbie McDonald-Miller was the arresting officer.
- March 28 – Faith Kiana Boelter Denny, 23, Lyons, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of a hypodermic syringe. She was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Det. James O’Malley was the arresting officer.
- March 28 – Christina Michelle Stiles, 46, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on a Writ of Attachment. Her bond was set at $1,000 cash only. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Harvey Holt was the arresting officer.
Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
