New arrests on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department:
- March 26 – Heather Renee Reynolds, 42, Mishawaka, Ind., was arrested on warrants issued in two separate cases, both with preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, felony and misdemeanor. Her bond was set at $8,000 surety with ten percent allowed in one case and $5,000 surety with ten percent allowed in the other. She was released later the same day after posting bond. Greene County Jail Officer Darren McDonald was the arresting officer.
- March 26 – Carl Joe Feutz, 22, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor domestic battery. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent allowed.
- March 27 – Michael L. Pemberton, 37, Spencer, Ind., was arrested on a Writ of Attachment issued out of Monroe County. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Zach Goad was the arresting officer.
- March 27 – Dustin Andrew Snowden, 25, Linton, Ind., was arrested on preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of a hypodermic syringe and battery against a public safety official, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana. He was being held without bond.
Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
