New arrests on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department:

  • January 22 – Jeff L. Hartman, 53, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor operating while intoxicated. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Jail Commander Ken Conolty was the arresting officer.
  • January 22 – Reba C. Johnson, 21, Sandborn, Ind., was arrested on a Writ of Attachment issued in the amount of $300. Her bond was set at $300 cash only. She was released on January 22 after posting bond.
  • January 22 – Arron Jacob Reynolds, 29, Spencer, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued out of Owen County on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor theft. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy David Elmore was the arresting officer.
  • January 22 – Kage Ryan Grove Fougerousse, 22, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on preliminary charges of felony theft, felony burglary, misdemeanor theft and misdemeanor criminal mischief. Fougerousse was also booked in on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor resisting law enforcement. His bond on the warrant was set at $20,500 surety with ten percent cash allowed. His bond on the new charge was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy David Elmore was the arresting officer.
  • January 22 – Lisa Nicole Thompson, 32, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a preliminary charge of felony theft. Her bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Bloomfield Deputy Marshal Wayman J.R. Blazier was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
