Billy Dean Williams of Worthington, Indiana, passed away Monday, February 5, 2007 at St. Joseph Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona. He was 61 years old, born October 26, 1945 in Poland, Indiana, the son of Gilbert and Roberta (Meek) Williams.

He was an over-the-road truck driver for Interstate Distributor Company. He was a member of Greene Lodge #577, F. & A. M. in Worthington.

Survivors include his wife, Patricia (Shoopman) Williams of Worthington; three children, Bobby Williams of Florida, Gary Williams of Bloomington and Tammy Lamar-Williams of Worthington; three step-children, David Gillespie of Bloomington, Tammy Morris of Bloomfield, Jason Bush of Bloomington; one brother, Gary Williams of Worthington; 15 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Randy Lee Williams; one sister, Donna Robertson; and one great-grandchild.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 13, at the Worthington Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Monday and from noon until the time of service on Tuesday at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home in Worthington. A Masonic memorial service will be held at the funeral home at 7:00 p.m. Monday. The place of burial will be Worthington Cemetery.
